In October 2015, I began what has been an extraordinary journey with CBTW, starting in Luxembourg under the leadership of Jeremy MAZON, alongside mentors like Jeremy Jacquet and Damien Chasseur. Three years later, I transitioned to Singapore, and shortly after, I had the privilege of opening the Canadian market, guided by the invaluable leadership of Dave White. Fast-forward to two years ago, when David Dzialowski and Richard Kim with the support of Maximilien de Coster envisioned a bold new chapter for CBTW with the launch of operations in Colombia. They trusted me to help bring this vision to life. Relocating to Colombia was a pivotal moment, both professionally and personally—a chance to build something meaningful from the ground up. #CBTWColombia #2YearAnniversary This journey has been deeply enriching, shaped by diversity, innovation, and a great sense of community that never ceases to amaze me. The dedication and entrepreneurial spirit of our team in Colombia have made this venture truly rewarding. What stands out most, however, is what we’ve accomplished together— @ Christian, Adriana, Sandy, Bliss, Jonier and their teams: ➡️ Scaling the Colombia operation to over 120 talented professionals in less than two years. ➡️ Delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients, driven by a team that exemplifies collaboration, innovation, and resilience. ➡️ Building a culture that reflects the vibrant energy of Colombia while staying rooted in CBTW’s global values, and an environment where people truly enjoy working. This chapter has not only tested my limits but also reinforced my belief in the power of bold decisions, strong teams, and shared vision.
