I spend a lot of time understanding client pain points and finding the right solutions for them. In other words, our support team helps business partners get the most of Teltonika’s devices. Every day is exiting as it brings new challenges and opportunities.” 👉 What have you learned during your time at the company? “It is essential to maintain communication clear and be ready to adapt in various situations. Moreover, as technology rapidly evolves, one needs to keep up and never stop learning.” 👉 What qualities are required in your position? “A solid technical background to give informed advice, strong problem-solving skills to deal with unexpected issues, and the ability to explain things simply making sure clients understand our solutions. Overall, my job is fulfilling, rewarding, and very interesting.”
