Description
English: Panorama of the Imperial Palace in Tokyo, including the Imperial plaza on the left foreground, and east garden on the right.
  • View seen from the top floor of the Marunouchi Building.
  • The tall buildings in the back are in Shinjuku. The National Diet Building is also faintly visible on the left.
日本語: 丸の内から望む東京都心・副都心。木々が生い茂るエリアは旧江戸城で現在の皇居。左側が千代田区・霞が関の中央官庁街であり、写真の左端に警視庁本庁舎も見える。皇居後方のビル群は、千代田区・紀尾井町エリアであり、かつて紀州徳川家中屋敷、尾張徳川家中屋敷、彦根井伊家中屋敷などが並んでいた武家地で、現在はオフィスビル街。それより遠方にややかすんで見える高層ビル群は新宿副都心。
