Peloton has begun adding a new type of running workout to the Tread called ‘Pace Target Classes’. In these classes, Peloton coaches instruct members to maintain a pace in one of seven zones, similar to the Peloton Bike’s ‘Power Zone Classes’. Check out the video below to get the full scoop!
