As Chef de Cuisine, you’ll report directly to the Executive Chef and take the lead in shaping the property’s Asian culinary offerings. This exciting role involves managing a talented team and overseeing the opening of a brand-new Southeast Asian restaurant, as well as expanding other options

What We’re Looking For:

• Expertise in Southeast Asian and Japanese cuisine, with a proven track record in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
• Strong leadership skills to manage and inspire a dynamic kitchen team.
• Passion for innovation, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• A collaborative mindset to work closely with the Executive Chef and other departments.
