We’re pleased to report that our group’s financial performance has continued into Q3 2024 with revenues up 25% YoY to €2 billion. Our group profits have also risen from €70.8 million to €83.3 million, with EBITDA rising 29% to €406 million. 📈 As the world’s largest ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, and Insurance) wet-leasing provider, our strategy has targeted expansion in key regions around the world. 🌎 With the acquisition of Australia-based operator, Skytrans, and the creation of Thai SmartLynx in Thailand, the group now has 11 air operator certificates (AOCs) globally. Our footprint enables us to provide scheduled commercial airlines with the capacity they require to meet peak season demand on 6 continents worldwide. Plans to obtain further AOCs in Malaysia, the Philippines, and Brazil are already in motion for completion for the end of 2025. Aviator Airport Alliance AB has announced the planned merger of its subsidiaries, Aviator Airport Partner ApS (AAP) and Copenhagen Flight Services ApS (CFS). Starting March 1, 2025, the two companies will operate as a single entity at Copenhagen Airport. 🛫 This merger will strengthen Aviator’s position in Copenhagen. With a unified team and shared administration, operations will continue smoothly, both enhancing efficiency and stability for employees and ensuring the highest quality service for customers. 𝐄𝐒𝐆 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒: 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐓𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 🌍 This week we concluded our ESG Workshop 2024, an annual event dedicated to advancing sustainability across our group and engaging both internal and external stakeholders in meaningful discussions. The event was officially kicked off by our CEO, Jonas Janukėnas, and expertly organized by our ESG team, led by Silvia Rodriguez Boza. We were honored to welcome external speakers from Boeing Gerson Chafer, and ACT Group Arnas Belenavicius, who shared valuable insights into industry trends and innovative approaches to achieving ESG goals. Their contributions provided a broader perspective on the challenges and opportunities within the ESG space. Additionally, we heard from our subsidiaries BAA Training by Ramunas Bucinskas, BGS (Baltic Ground Services) by Vytautas Čekanavičius, Chapman Freeborn Airchartering by Lee Fletcher and SmartLynx Airlines Ltd by Kristians Vigants, who presented the initiatives they are implementing and the tools they are utilizing to integrate ESG principles into their daily operations. These presentations highlighted practical, innovative solutions, and showcased the collaborative efforts driving sustainability within Avia Solutions Group. ✈️ The workshop also featured collaborative session to identify opportunities, set common targets, and develop shared initiatives, reinforcing the need for aligned efforts to maximize our impact in ESG realm. Aviator Airport Alliance AB, a comprehensive aviation services provider and Avia Solutions Group subsidiary, has entered a three-year partnership with Icelandair. 👏Under this agreement, Aviator will deliver ground support services for Icelandair's operations at Copenhagen (CPH), Stockholm Arlanda (ARN), and Göteborg (GOT) airports. 🛬 This collaboration builds upon their existing relationship at Helsinki Airport (HEL), where Aviator has supported approximately 380 annual departures. Aviator will provide services for Icelandair's Boeing 757, Boeing 737, and the newly introduced Airbus A321LR aircraft, facilitating seamless connections to Reykjavik and onward to North America. 🌎 Casper Olhoff Dons, Chief Commercial Officer at Aviator, commented, “This is a major agreement for Aviator because Icelandair’s operations represent a significant portion of trans-Atlantic connectivity. KlasJet, a prominent private and corporate jet charter company within Avia Solutions Group, has expanded its capabilities by obtaining EASA Part 145 certification for Boeing 737 Next Generation (NG) line maintenance. ✈️ This approval enables KlasJet to perform in-house maintenance on its fleet of eight Boeing 737-800 aircraft, reducing reliance on external organizations and enhancing operational efficiency. ✅ KlasJet’s Technical Director, Aivaras Svirplys, commented, “Earning our own Part 145 certification was an investment in our personnel to ensure we have a highly skilled team and strict compliance with regulations behind every operation.
