We are seeking a talented and creative #JuniorSocialMediaManager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, have a keen understanding of current trends, and possess excellent communication and organisational skills. Job Description: • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. • Create and implement a content strategy for the company’s social media platforms  (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok LinkedIn, YouTube, Blogs) • Manage all marketing campaigns • Create and implement strategies related to attracting Influencers  • Monitor the activity on social media platforms to respond in a timely and accurate manner. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition to identify new growth opportunities. • Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. • Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations. Requirements: • Fluency in English. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field would be considered an advantage • Fluency in Italian is considered as an advantage. • Proven experience managing social media platforms, trends and best practices.  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Self-motivated with a thirst for self-development • High Creativity, Imagination, Initiative, Patience and attention to Detail • Investment Trading experience is a plus.  • Experience in Graphic design is a plus. Skills/Requirements: •          Highly organized and efficient, very strong attention to details, approaching both routine tasks and long-term projects with a high degree of care and professionalism •          Goal driven, self-motivated achiever. You are expected to complete tasks quickly and be proactive in identifying and resolving issues •          Proficiency in WordPress, is a must. •          A high degree of discretion and professionalism given the role sometimes involves handling sensitive and/or confidential information •          Able to manage a demanding workload with multiple priorities and to solve issues through to completion coupled with ability to remain calm under pressure •          Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
