What You’ll Do:
💰 Financial Strategy: Lead the development of financial strategies, budgeting, and forecasting to drive business growth.
📊 Financial Reporting: Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting to the executive team and stakeholders.
📈 Financial Planning: Develop long-term financial plans to ensure profitability, scalability, and sustainability.
💡 Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement strategies to minimize and mitigate them.
💼 Cash Flow Management: Ensure optimal cash flow and financial stability for the company’s operations.
🤝 Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with investors, auditors, and other key stakeholders to maintain transparency and financial integrity.
🔎 Financial Analysis: Leverage data and financial insights to guide business decisions and support growth objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader in a growing company, preferably within fintech or related sectors.
✅ Strong expertise in financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
✅ Exceptional ability to analyze financial data and make strategic decisions based on insights.
✅ Strong leadership skills with experience managing finance teams.
✅ In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and risk management practices.
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior leadership, investors, and external partners.
✅ A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields (CPA, MBA, or similar qualifications preferred).
