FP&A Manager

TheSoul Publishing is an award-winning digital studio that produces entertaining, positive and original content for a global audience: we shoot videos, write articles, and make animations, and publish them on social media (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Today we are looking for a Financial Planning and Advisory Manager to join our finance team. This role is crucial in driving financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and optimizing our financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial modelling, and strategic planning efforts;
• Lead the revenue forecasting process by analyzing historical trends, market dynamics, and other relevant factors;
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of production, platform, and performance data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities;
• Coordinate the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to establish targets and assumptions;
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, integrate and develop reports based on BI tools;
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements;
• Collaborate with leadership to provide actionable insights for commercial decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; an MBA or advanced certification such as CFA or CPA is advantageous;
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis;
• Proficient in financial modelling and analysis, possessing advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software.
• Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills,
• Strong English and Russian skills;
• Strong organizational ability, adept at juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
