We’re starting this year fueled by the energy and ideas sparked during InVox Week - a unique initiative held in our firm at the end of last year. The Grand Finale of "Autumn with Law" 2024! This year’s journey concluded in style as we welcomed participants to our office for an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at life in a law firm. Over a dynamic 90-minute session, we hosted three groups of enthusiastic students, offering them not only a tour of our workspace but also meaningful discussions about the challenges of studying law and the realities of pursuing a legal career. The room buzzed with curiosity as questions poured in — from practical tips to deep dives into the intricacies of working in an international law firm. We were delighted to provide insights, address doubts, and hopefully spark inspiration for their future paths. A huge thank you to all the participants for your engagement and positive energy! Meet the leader of HAJDUK & PARTNERS PRAGUE! He is the one who is pleased to lead the team to deliver the highest quality of legal services to clients. Michal Jekielek For many years he worked for the Czech offices of leading global law firms. Although he now lives in Prague, he is originally from the region of the Beskydy Mountains. In his practice, Michal has worked in a wide range of legal sectors, but the ones that are closest to his heart are transactional and structuring legal advice, classic corporate, international commodity transactions, and he is also close to advising on personal wealth management, intergenerational transfers and structuring family holdings and trusts. Michal is comfortable in the position of an advisor, explaining to clients the pros and cons of different variants of group reorganisations or family holding company structures. Thanks to his many years of experience at one of the Big4 companies, working with tax advisors, auditors and accountants is practically written into his DNA. Michal can be reached in two languages, his native Czech and English.
