Say hello to Ela, E.ON CZ new digital human! ⚡ I’m thrilled to share that Ela is here to make the online customer experience at E.ON CZ more human than ever before! Last week, Ela made her debut at #ZeměŽivitelka exhibition, where visitors got a sneak peek and chatted with her in person. The response was fantastic, and soon, customers will be able to interact with her and have human-like conversations on E.ON’s official website and mobile applications. Ela will assist with everything from finding the best tariffs to exploring all the services and answering customer questions.
