Meet Barbora Vajnarova, another person who demonstrates the diverse opportunities ComAp offers to talented people. Her journey at ComAp started in 2013 when she became part of a team that established the ComAp office in Düsseldorf, Germany. Then, she moved back to Prague and took on the role of Channel Development Manager, where she ensured better alignment between subsidiaries and Prague headquarters. Currently, she serves as Global Marketing Communications and Sustainability Manager, overseeing communication and ESG activities. "During my journey, I received many opportunities for growth in the form of coaching, mentoring, and talent management programs. The biggest challenge I faced was managing the project for ComAp’s new offices, which lasted 18 months. I managed this alongside my regular work, and to this day, I consider it one of the most formative experiences of my career," says Barbora.

16 colleagues, 4 teams, and 4 assignments across different business areas. Each team chose one task to elevate their work in these areas using AI. And we have to say, what emerged from this programming session, in collaboration with Microsoft Czech Republic and KPCS CZ, was truly inspiring. ComAp regularly grants awards at its annual ComAp Awards ceremony. We celebrate success in outstanding projects and teams, as well as leadership. This year’s winner of the ComAp Leadership Award is Frantisek Poupe, Global Technical Support and Training Manager. The jury recognised not only his leadership within his role, where he manages three technical support teams across three different regions, but also his charitable efforts, through which he connects charitable and sporting events with social non-profits.
