Xperience by Kentico's constant refreshes have changed BlueModus. Instead of filling common gaps with custom solutions, increasing costs and tech debt. We now partner with Kentico, check their roadmap, and submit ideas. Here's a fantastic example. We used to add custom code to automatically convert images to WebP. With Xperience by Kentico's December 2024 refresh, it's click, click, done! Kentico versionless platform and constant refreshes allow us to focus on providing customers unique value that distinguishes them from the competitors. The days of rebuilding common website functionality is going away. Thank you, Kentico.

Our industry report shows that 18 Martech tools drive the most value in outperformer stacks of membership organizations. We used the MartechMap(.com) categorization for naming. 🔸Average Outperformer Value Shows Martech value in top membership stacks by correlating revenue per employee with maturity. 🔸Average Outperformer Maturity Reflects the average maturity of the top 30 organizations. 🔸Bubble Size Represents the average prevalence of each tool in outperformer stacks. What does the Membership Value matrix tell you? Here are some exciting insights! 1. Interactive Content and Live Chat drive the least value, as members prefer human interaction over digital experiences. 2. Personalization & Testing adds value but requires advanced skills (maturity) to implement effectively. 3. Email Marketing delivers quick value at a low maturity, yet many membership organizations have yet to embrace it fully. 4. CDPs (Customer Data Platforms) have a significant impact but are used by only a few organizations—worth exploring with some caution. But hey, that's me. There are many more insights to find. Matt Fintonis, our resident Xperience by Kentico development expert, demo'd a new VisitNH site at Friday's all-hands engineering meeting. I think Reusable Field Schemas may be one of my favorite features. They essentially allow you to have consistent fields across a number of different content types (think interfaces if you're a developer). The benefit is that now you can create UI components that can be used to display a number of different content types as long as they implement the reusable field schema the UI Component uses. For example - you could have a schema that defines a Title, Summary, and Image that is used by almost every content type in your CMS - news, blogs, events, pages, products, testimonials, CTAs, etc.... that can now be used in a simple article list widget, icon card, recommended content or anything else really. 👌

I’m fresh off the #CMSKickoff25 which always includes insightful conversations around content management best practices. In a group of content management experts, you inevitably get into friendly, philosophical conversations around structured content vs page builders and headless CMS vs traditional Digital Experience Platforms (DXP). At the end of the day, marketers don't really cares about headless or traditional. Content teams and marketers just need to get their job done and its all about the usability of the CMS (which also includes its implementation)! It also got me thinking about Xperience by Kentico and it's separation of content with its presentation/delivery channel and how much more flexible and usable it really is for both developers and content editors.
