🌟 Reflecting on a Year of Growth and Impact As we look back at 2024, we are proud to celebrate a year filled with meaningful achievements and impactful collaborations. Here’s a look back at our milestones and a glimpse forward into the exciting journey ahead in 2025! 💡 Leadership Development Building on the success of the ACE Leadership Excellerator developed in partnership with the Institut für integrale Studien / Institute for Integral Studies (IFIS), we introduced a localized version in Northern Macedonia together with Viktoria Jordanovska and Irena Jakimova. Additionally, we supported international organizations with bespoke in-house programs on transformational leadership, complexity and diversity. We’re excited to kick off a new round of the ACE Leadership Excellerator for experienced women leaders in the not-for-profit world this January with Ingrid Otepka! 🎯 Coaching Excellence 2024 marked the start of our new Coaching Program, designed for coaches, HR professionals, and leaders seeking to deepen their skills and impact. Led by Dr. Blanka Bellak 🌎 ICF PCC and Bernhard Kerres, the program has been a resounding success. We’re thrilled to announce a new round starting soon—stay tuned! Angelika Pohnitzer, meanwhile, is looking forward to supporting change makers with her new coaching specialization in happiness and well-being. 🌍 Sustainability and Social Change Through the #2030SDGsGame, Bernd Kosnar, Alexandra Reis and Angelika connected with over 1,000 participants across the German-speaking region. We engaged in conversations with potential new partners at the UNESCO Global Education Coalition in Paris, the Impact Festival in Frankfurt and several Sustainability Events in Austria. We’re thrilled to continue this momentum with a talk on the Inner Development Goals at the Gamification Global Gathering on Sustainability in Poland in February! 🤝 Partnerships for Impact None of this would have been possible without our exceptional partners.
