📊 Q3 2024 State of AI Report by CB Insights highlights in numbers ⤵️ 🔵 Global AI deal count rose by 24% quarter-over-quarter, reaching 1,245 deals—marking the highest quarterly level since Q1 2022. 🔵 The average deal size for AI in 2024 is $23.5M, up 28% from $18.4M in 2023. This increase is driven by a surge in large $1B+ deals, with nine already closed in 2024 compared to four in 2023. 🔵 The US leads global AI funding and deal activity. In Q3 2024, US-based AI startups attracted $11.4B across 566 deals, accounting for over two-thirds of global funding and 45% of all AI deals worldwide.
