Introducing the EPBN Role Models program. 🌈 One of the key actions of our EPBN WISE initiative is a Role Model program at the European level. But what exactly are Role Models, and why are they essential to an organization's success? Role Models are inspiring LGBTIQ+ professionals and allies who break barriers in the workplace, promote inclusion, and lead by example. They are the changemakers driving progress and fostering safer, more equitable environments. In the coming weeks, we will highlight how our member organizations have carried out their National Role Model ceremonies. During these events, up to 15 exceptional Role Models will be selected in each country, showcasing diverse contributions and leadership in workplace inclusion. These national Role Models will then be nominated for recognition at the European level as EPBN WISE Role Models. 👏 Stay tuned as we spotlight these changemakers and their journey toward shaping a more inclusive and sustainable future in Europe.
