Meeting in the city's cosy historic centre, we had time to reflect on this year's successes and set goals and strategies for 2025. 📈Our fruitful discussions helped us move as a team towards a clear vision for Readmio's future. Great news—research says it works! 🙌 🍎 At Readmio, we’ve always believed that stories do more than entertain—they can inspire kids to adopt positive habits. Recently, we came across a fascinating study where researchers tested this with preschoolers, using fairy tales to promote healthy eating. In the study, children were divided into two groups. One group listened to a tale about two brave heroes who used magical fruits and vegetables to save their hometown. The other group heard a similar story, but with no food-related content. The results? Shortly after the storytelling sessions, the kids who heard the food-focused story began choosing healthier snacks themselves! 🥦✨ Want to know more?
