At Retail Monkeys, we firmly believe that sustainability by design is not just a noble idea but a robust commitment. We are thrilled to unveil our latest project featuring innovative furniture, exclusively crafted from sustainable materials. The entire core of our cabinet minibar is designed using HONEXT® boards, while the top board is sourced from The Good Plastic Company, utilizing recycled materials from home appliances and refrigerators. The inner part of the drawers features Rezign veneer, made from recycled white jeans. To add a final touch, we've incorporated a lining made from BUXKIN recycled brown leather. To support our design ethos with data, we employed the MÅLBAR LCA screening tool. The results are impressive - through the use of these innovatiove materials, we´ve achieved a significantly better climate footprint - 240kgCO2e, compared to the 540kgCO2e generated by traditional materials.
