We are thrilled to share some more amazing news! This October, we have the pleasure of celebrating the many successes of our talented associates. Promotions and transfers are among our favorite moments, as they reflect the dedication and growth of our employees. Dušan, who joined us in March 2023, has made a significant impact by managing the Local Corporates and Government groups segment. His outstanding sense of luxury aligns perfectly with the high standards of Augustine. We are delighted to announce his well-deserved promotion to the role of Sales Manager. Veronika's story is also a testament to growth. This is her second time with Augustine—she initially started in the Front Office, and after a short break, returned to work in the Reservations Department. She has now been promoted, via an internal transfer, to the position of Sales Executive. Veronika Bumbova’s knowledge of the property is fantastic, making her an invaluable asset to the team. Leo's journey with us is another great success story. Leo joined us through the Voyager - Global Leadership Development Program, where he spent 12 months gaining experience across multiple departments, providing him with a deep understanding of hotel operations. Focusing on the Rooms Division, he has now been offered, and accepted, the position of Assistant Front Office Manager. We are so happy that Daniel Leonard Lupu has chosen to continue his journey with us. Jan Šlosar, who has been with us since September 2021, has consistently grown within the F&B department. His ambition and dedication are evident in his active participation in growth programs and numerous training opportunities. We are excited to announce his internal transfer to the position of Lifestyle Bartender, where he will have the chance to further broaden his skills and knowledge of the department. At the beginning of July, we had the pleasure of hosting Petru Haralambie, who is currently in the Voyager program at our sister property, for cross-training in our Food and Beverage Department.
