Role Description
We are looking for a part-time virtual assistant to join our team and assist with assessing client requirements, writing creative briefs, and handling general admin tasks for our graphic & web design agency. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail. A good eye for design aesthetics is a plus and a basic understanding of design principles is a BIG plus. This role requires a proactive and self-motivated individual who can work independently and efficiently. Knowledge of project management tools and a creative background are highly beneficial.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with client onboarding, liaising between the clients and graphic designers, organising files, and providing general administrative support. This is a great opportunity to work remotely and contribute to a creative and dynamic team.
Qualifications
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic knowledge of project management
Proficiency in Google Workspace apps (Sheets, Docs)
Experience with project management software such as Notion and Trello is preferred
