O básico que um talento espera de uma empresa pode ser identificado logo no primeiro trimestre de trabalho: congruência na proposta de trabalho, salário e benefícios pagos corretamente, caso haja jornada extraordinária, talento espera receber corretamente os valores e benefícios, além de ter a quantidade de informes para a execução da função.
