Pushing boundaries and in challenging team members to deliver better than the best has been inspirational for my teams. While I push for outcomes, I am flexible on work timings. Communication and comfort: While setting challenging goals I always ensure that I communicate the goals to the team with proper justification and create an atmosphere of optimism and also giving the confidence that failure to reach the stretched goals would not result in any negative ramifications thereby giving the confidence to the team that they have the leadership backing them.
