Erlesene technische Fachleute aus der Rundfunk- und Medienwelt versammelten sich hier – die perfekte Gelegenheit, um sich zu vernetzen, alte Bekannte wiederzutreffen und mit einigen unserer Kunden über ihre Zukunftsthemen und aktuelle Entwicklungen zu sprechen. Das Vortragsprogramm war ein Highlight: Vorträge rund um digitale Netze, Dienste, Plattformen und KI. Es war eine Ehre, mit einem eigenen Vortrag dabei zu sein und die skalierbare AoIP-Softwarelösung "MoIN" der 2wcom Systems GmbH vorzustellen. Vielen Dank für diese im deutschsprachigen Raum einmalige Veranstaltung an den Gastgeber Fraunhofer IDMT sowie an die Kooperationspartner Technische Universität Ilmenau, Thüringer Landesmedienanstalt, MDR MITTELDEUTSCHER RUNDFUNK und Fraunhofer IIS!
Alles ist vorbereitet für unseren 18. Workshop Digital Broadcasting WSDB, der heute im COMCENTER Brühl in Erfurt startet. Hier treffen sich ab 13 Uhr mehr als 70 Fachleute aus Forschung, Industrie und Medien, um über Innovationen, Trends und Herausforderungen in der Broadcasting-Welt von heute, morgen und übermorgen zu diskutieren. Unser Orgateam ist startklar und hat alles für zwei spannende Eventtage mit einem sehr abwechslungsreichen Programm vorbereitet. Neben 19 Fachvorträgen, verschiedenen Poster- und Demopräsentationen und einem Social Event können sich unsere Teilnehmenden auf zwei ganz besondere Keynotes freuen. Wilfried Runde und Ruben Bouwmeester von der Deutsche Welle eröffnen den heutigen Fachtag mit ihrem Vortrag über »AI gegen Desinformation«. Und morgen eröffnet Hans Hoffmann von der European Broadcasting Union (EBU) mit seiner Keynote »Trends & Innovationen in der Medienlandschaft« den zweiten Veranstaltungstag.
