Aviation Forum 2024: Two exciting days with the entire aviation family. As a representative of the young company 3D.aero GmbH, taking part in this event is a particularly motivating experience. It makes me proud to be a part of this fascinating industry and to make a relevant contribution with our quality solutions. The following things have stuck with me from various panel discussions and personal conversations: - Demand in our industry remains stable. - A clear commitment from OEMs to ramp-up within the entire supply chain. - The focus on flight safety is leading to a clear and unequivocal commitment to quality standards in aviation. - The Aero Excellence initiative as a content-related bracket around all activities #AviationForum

My summary of #aviationforum day 1: Flight safety is paramount!   Besides the current supply chain difficulties, this statement was, is and always will be true and was also confirmed yesterday in various presentations and panel discussions.   At the end of the day, aviation safety is directly linked to quality in production and maintenance. Only those who master their quality can deliver reliably. This in turn means stability and reliability of the supply chain that we talk about so often these days.   From 3D.aero's perspective, measurement and inspection technology is an important building block for stable quality. This is not necessarily a new insight. However, the focus is now much more on efficiency.   The classic end-of-line inspection is no longer up to date. However, in-process inspection of production quality requires much more efficient approaches that provide fast, reliable and precise feedback to production.   If you would like to find out more about this, visit us at booth F18.
