Wie kann ein Schienennetz von 5000 km, über 1000 Bahnhöfe und 9 Wasserkraftwerke effizienter, nachhaltiger und zukunftsfähiger gestaltet werden? Gemeinsam mit der ÖBB-Infrastruktur AG haben wir uns genau dieser Herausforderung angenommen. 🚀 Der Weg dorthin:  In einem intensiven, dreistufigen Prozess haben wir mit der Öbb-infrastruktur Ag die F&E-Strategie 2024–2030 entwickelt. Dabei haben wir: 1.Klare strategische Leitplanken basierend auf den Konzernstrategien definiert.  2.Strategische Elemente wie Mission, Vision, F&E-Ziele, Stoßrichtungen und Enabler-Themen entwickelt.  3.Die finale F&E Strategie abgestimmt und im Vorstand zur Entscheidung gebracht. Das Ergebnis:  Die Strategie konzentriert sich auf die Top-Themen zur Erreichung der ÖBB-INFRA Ziele entlang der Dimensionen Kapazität, Produktivität, Qualität und Dekarbonisierung. ✔ Drei strategische F&E-Ziele bilden die Basis.  ✔ Sechs F&E Stoßrichtungen geben die Richtung vor.  ✔ Meilensteine, KPIs und Zielwerte gewährleisten eine messbare Umsetzung. Der nächste Schritt:  Jetzt geht es darum, die Stoßrichtungen in konkrete F&E-Initiativen und Projekte zu überführen sowie die F&E-Strategie weiter zu detaillieren.

Letzte Woche fand unser Jahresworkshop in Bayrischzell statt – eine wertvolle Gelegenheit, um unsere Strategie zu schärfen, die richtigen Stellhebel zu setzen und gemeinsam die Weichen für die Zukunft zu stellen. 🚀 Neben intensiven Diskussionen durfte auch der sportliche Ausgleich nicht fehlen: Gemeinsam sind wir zum Sillberberghaus aufgestiegen – mit Teamspirit, Ausdauer und einer guten Portion Motivation.
