    Over the years, I’ve attended countless conferences, but recently, I’ve been cutting back. Why? Too often, it’s the same buzzwords, the same presentations, and not enough inspiration. But the Phocuswright Conference? It’s in a league of its own. 🎖️ Last week in Phoenix 🇺🇲 , I found myself surrounded by energy, meaningful discussions, and truly innovative ideas. It’s the kind of environment that makes you pause, reflect, and reimagine what’s possible for the future. 🦾 AI is here to stay: For me, this conference was all about possibilities—especially how we at AIntensify can scale our text and voice analytics services. One standout KPI shared on stage stuck with me: 👉  50% increase in customer satisfaction and massive efficiency gains—the kind of impact being driven by AI-based solutions like ours. 🍽️ President's Dinner: I had the privilege of joining senior leaders at the President's Dinner, where we brainstormed the big ideas shaping the future of our industries. The conversations were truly inspiring and reaffirmed the importance of collaboration. 🤝 Networking magic: Sometimes, the best moments happen unplanned. A spontaneous chat with new connections led to something incredible—they ended up pitching our product to potential customers on my behalf. That’s the magic of Phocuswright! 🏔️  Offsite inspiration: Before diving into the conference, I took two days to explore the Grand Canyon and Sedona. Disconnecting in nature was a game-changer—it freed my mind and let me fully immerse myself in the conference experience. ☝ Key takeaway: The Phocuswright community is special—full of people who see the challenges ahead but choose to envision and work toward a positive, impactful future. It’s a mindset I deeply admire and one I’ll carry forward.
