Another 16 AirHelpers have successfully completed our Leadership Essentials Program, combining education with on-the-job experience to become resourceful leaders. The learning modules cover topics such as transitioning to management, ethics and unconscious bias, emotional intelligence, and more. One-on-one mentoring sessions allow participants to learn from experienced leaders, exchanging insights that benefit both mentees and mentors. Rosa Garcia Ros, Strategic Legal Counsel, shares her experience as a mentee: “This program has helped me understand my mindset and values as a leader, improve effective communication and enhance cooperation. It made me realize that leading has more to do with motivating and guiding a team and leading by example.” Pedro Miguel Madaleno, Lawyer and mentor in the program, reflected on his own growth: “It was a valuable opportunity to learn from the mentee’s experiences and perspectives, to share my knowledge and expertise, and gain valuable insights from a colleague in a different department” Thanks to our leaders, experienced and new, for helping maintain our culture of continuous learning and growth.
