However, this brings challenges: peak loads are now common, especially when production starts and multiple machines, systems, and EV charging points run simultaneously. This intense demand, reaching up to 250 kW, can raise annual costs by €50,000 and threaten grid stability, impacting reliability. Traditional load management in charging stations caps power to manage peaks but often misses the full potential of real-time, company-wide energy adaptation. Dynamic load management offers a smarter solution, enabling food processing companies to control peak loads without compromising reliability or efficiency. Actively managing electricity flow keeps costs down while ensuring priority charging for key vehicles, like those in management and delivery.
