THE EXPANSION OF THE CLEANROOM HAS BEEN COMPLETED The project team stands proudly on the extended cleanroom area – after a fairly rapid construction period, the area can now accommodate new projects and our customers can look forward to their wet process systems. The expansion of the area accommodates the increased order volume and provides space for the final assembly and commissioning of AP&S systems. In addition, the DI water treatment plant will be enlarged.
