CDO Dr. Michael Lange discussed with Sarah Maria Schlesinger (blackprint) and Andy Dietrich (Strategiekollegen) at the ZIA Zentraler Immobilien Ausschuss e.V. Innovation Congress. One of their conclusions was: “A key benefit of the Apleona integrated FM model is the opportunity for clients to make adjustments to their operations more effectively and efficiently. For example, the #decarbonisation of existing buildings is easier to be realized due to the holistic all-inclusive approach of the integrated facility managment”

The BAUAKADEMIE Gruppe's NEO Office Impact Report is out! #Efficiency potential can be better identified, more accurately evaluated and quickly realised if benchmarks and standards are available. The Bauakademie's NEO Office Impact Report is a well-established tool for this purpose. It examines the consumption data of more than 900 #officebuildings with around 15 million square metres of gross floor area. One result: one fifth of all office buildings analysed will have to be decarbonised by 2033 due to excessive emissions. 

Shaping Apleona's future: Dr. Jochen Keysberg FRICS, CEO of Apleona, opened last week’s Apleona Summit 2024 addressing an audience of 330 Apleona executives from across Europe. His keynote speech focused on the company's continued #sustainable #growth, the #evolution of its business model through #AI-driven #digitalisation and #automation and on the significant market opportunities in the #decarbonization of existing buildings. He also announced that Apleona's integrated #facilitymanagement offering would be further refined and expanded for an increasing number of customer groups. Throughout the day, Apleona specialists and a host of internal and external guests took to the stage to explore these topics in greater depth. Special thanks to Annika Brockschmidt, a US expert, historian, journalist and bestselling author, who provided an analysis of the US election, and Jennifer Gerigk, Decarbonisation Program Director at Siemens Real Estate, who gave a deep insight into how Apleona's client Siemens will achieve its path to net zero.

PATRIZIA Deutschland has commissioned Apleona Real Estate Management with the #propertymanagement of a nationwide residential portfolio of 92 properties with a total of approximately 6,700 residential units. A look back at our panel highlights from this week's EXPO REAL (Messe München): In the presence of an audience of almost 150, Claudia Feiner Grit Liebermann, Jochen Schenk and CEO Dr. Jochen Keysberg FRICS discussed the role of #artificialintelligence in the #decarbonisation of real estate. Steinmetz) (CEO, Apleona Real Estate Management), Joachim Schmidt-Mertens (Becken Development), Carolin Brandt (HIH Invest Real Estate), Marc Mockwitz (Cloudbrixx GmbH ) and Marko Kröner discussed strategies for maintaining the value of #officeproperties. Thirdly, Dr Jochen Keysberg, together with Dr Dr. Alexander Hellmuth of EY Real Estate, Anne Keilholz of GAG Immobilien AG and Aygül Özkan of ZIA Zentraler Immobilien Ausschuss e.V. reviewed the digitalisation study by ZIA Zentraler Immobilien Ausschuss e.V. and EY. There was a consensus that #AI will be a key enabler of the industry's skills shortage and process automation. Fourthly, Klaus Göthling, Apleona Group, Eric Giese, Christian Costabel and Ralf Fueller (all Siemens) discuss the role of #partnerships as a success factor in changing markets. The panel was expertly moderated by Miriam Beul! Last but not least, Caroline A. L. Gronack moderated the panel 'Housing for the elderly: Which care models will eliminate the shortage of services?' with Ralf Licht (Chief Development Officer, Carestone Group GmbH), Berthold Becker (Managing Director, TSC Real Estate Germany GmbH ), Dr. Albert Kern.
