Some impressive pictures from one gas storage station. As AVAMO we supplied several HIPPS actuators according to EN14382 with a closing time of < 2 seconds. Our actuators are installed on valve sizes started from 1“ to 28“ and pressure classes from #600 to #1500. **Work is Done ! ** Today marks a significant milestone for our team as we have successfully completed the production of our actuators scheduled for delivery this December! We’re proud to share that we’ve delivered: - **Direct gas-operated actuators for Kazakhstan** - **Large electrohydraulic systems for Poland** - **Small electrohydraulic actuators for Germany** - **Linear and rotary pneumatic actuators for Germany, UAE and Spain** The past few weeks have been a challenging yet rewarding journey, with delivery times tightened to under 10 weeks. Despite the pressures, our dedicated in-house construction, production, and assembly teams rose to the occasion, showcasing the exceptional capabilities that set us apart. As we look towards the future, our production facility will be temporarily shut down from **December 23, 2024, until January 2, 2025**. During this time, we will be upgrading some of our old machinery and optimizing workflow processes to ensure we are fully prepared for the opportunities that 2025 will bring. Our assembly team is working hard before Christmas. First delivery of 12 of our smart electro-hydraulic actuators as the first batch of a total of approx 200 in the coming months. These actuators are qualified for Ex-d area and can be connected via modbus or any other bus system. Easy installation and commissioning like an elektric actuator but every time fast stroking possibility, emergency strokes from pressure accumulator, also mechanical fail safe position with spring and high torque moments are possible with this technology. More about our end-of-year spurt with the most diverse actuator types in the next few days.

Second post showing complete combination of SIL certified (level 2) HIPPS with on off ball valve. Both in size 10“-1500lbs-RTJ (VEXVE AG type K92.14 NPS10 Class 1500 144AG). SIL 2 HIPPS unit designed to EN 14382 with 5 times security on break to close, closing time 1.4 seconds. Successfully brought into operation on calendar week 37 at our customer RAG in Austria.
