Have you ever heard about vibrations damping⁉ Well, so, you're in the right post. During our PAS mgmt. meeting we got the chance to introduce our new #HybridLaboratoryWindingMachine. A brand-new design, characterized by two modules: a flyer winding and a needle winding machine, that can be integrated together. This fusion enables different positioning options for the fully motorized BTSR International S.p.A. wire tensioner. Thanks to the modularity of this machine the customer is able to wind many types of products from e-mobility to household appliances. Going back to our main topic, The Hybrid Lab machine has been designed with supports and main frame whose mass, stiffness and #damping characteristics ensure an optimal isolation from the vibrations which naturally arise within a winding process.
