But what does this mean in concrete terms? Which refrigerants may be used in climate chambers in future? According to the regulation, only environmentally friendly natural refrigerants with a GWP value <150 may be used, e.g. isobutane (R-600a); propane (R-290) or CO2. 💚 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝘁 𝗕𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗥 We consistently use natural refrigerants in order to meet the requirements of the new regulation and at the same time contribute to climate protection.
