BioSpring took part in the 4th Quality Innovation Group's (QIG) Listen-and-Learn Focus Group (LLFG) meeting of the EMA. This year's emphasis on platform technologies was reinforced by a presentation titled "Strategy for Implementing a Platform Approach for Synthetic Oligonucleotides", delivered by us. The presentation promoted oligonucleotide manufacturing as a platform technology to streamline and accelerate regulatory approval processes for individual drug candidates developed with this method. mRNA (messenger RNA) is a type of RNA that carries genetic instructions from DNA to the ribosome, where proteins are synthesized. Since September 2023, we’ve been running an exciting project with Freiligrath School in Frankfurt-Fechenheim, where we launched the "Young Researchers" program.
