    How do you reassure your team that AI won’t make them redundant? 🤔 It’s a question I keep getting from clients when we’re coming up with an AI implementation strategy. Andreas Welsch couldn’t have said it better: it’s all about clear communication— just like any relationship. If you want your employees to trust you, you need to be transparent about how and why you’re using AI. Let me paint the picture for you. When we partnered with T-Systems International, their goal was to upskill their employees in AI and automation without creating fear of being replaced. Here’s what we achieved together: ✔️ We trained 900+ employees ✔️ This saved them 170,000 hours annually (so much more time for meaningful work!) ✔️ We generated over 1,000 automation ideas Watching their team go from cautious learners to enthusiastic innovators was a reminder of why I love what we do at B&P!     "Just use GenAI for it!" Okay and.. how do we do that exactly? Being introduced to any new tool most commonly comes with proper instructions. And if you want to be really good at it, training as well. Have you ever seen a roofer lay a roof without knowing how to use his lead friction tools? 🛠️ Oh, just hand it to him and he'll know what to do? Excuse my sass, but I think the answer is very clear 🤷🏻♀️ So why should GenAI be the same? Closing the digital skill gap is not just a "learning by doing"-mission.
