At Brafe Camp, we create something truly magical—a space that’s safe enough for vulnerability, bold enough for brave exploration, and rich enough to foster deep connections. It's not just a camp; it's a movement of hearts and minds, dedicated to evolving ourselves, our relationships, and the systems we’re a part of. This year we explored how deeply ingrained patterns shape not just the world around us, but also the ways we relate to ourselves and each other. In just 48 hours, entrepreneurs, change-makers, and visionaries gather - not to seek answers or outcomes (as we are all used to). Instead, we come together to explore, question, and hold space for the tensions that arise when we confront our own ways of being, and the fragile beauty of human connection. 🎥 Experience a glimpse of Brafe Camp 2024: Watch the Video below! Thank you Susanne Erler! What would it look like for your heart and intellect to co-conspire in building a better future? This is the question we hold close as we come together, not to deliver answers but to create a relational space where new ideas and transformative insights naturally emerge. To all who were part of this journey, thank you for your bravery, your presence, and your commitment to co-creating a more connected and compassionate space and bringing it back to your roles and organizations. Here’s to more spaces where we can breathe deeply, dream boldly, and grow bravely—together. #BrafeSpace #BrafeCamp #SystemsofOppression #NewWaysofBeing #Entrepreneurship #Community #InnerDevelopment #SafeEnoughToBeBrave #Multiperspectivity #EmpathyAndCompassion
BRAFE SPACE
Denkfabrik
creating space for the evolution of entrepreneurs, their organizations, and our society.
Info
brafe.space envisions a world where individuals can include more reality in their lives, fostering healthier connections with themselves, others, and the environment. We create space for change-makers to engage in a process of evolving themselves, and their organizations, and stay open and curious about which changes for a better tomorrow might emerge from here. This idea is driven by the belief that entrepreneurs, of all sorts, play a critical role in creating systems that benefit society.

𝐁𝐑𝐀𝐅𝐄 𝐂𝐀𝐌𝐏 2024 today two weeks ago, our community of entrepreneurs and change makers met for the 4th time. This year 140 perspectives joined this 2 day experience of an collective exploration and wonderful connections. brafe.space is a process of greater inclusion of reality: within oneself, through multiple perspectives and by bravely exploring how we can break free from narrowing narratives around our economic systems. How do we need to show up in this process - as individuals, as entrepreneurs, as a collective? It’s been a bumpy, imperfect, beautifully human and very connected experience so far, and we are excited to continue another circle. 💎 Thank you Allyson Clark for creating this and doing your magic 📸 Thank you Susanne Erler for catching these moments 🏡 Thank you Jana Kusick and ASTRÆA Eco Resort for being our home during these days 🎙 Thank you Naima Nazir and Jake Jones for bringing your art 👔 Thank you Sven-Oliver Pink and Cosmaki Studios for the most beautiful hoodies 🧘♂️ Thank you Christina Roitzheim, Franziska W., and Jana Schmitz for your grounding & mindful sessions in the mornings 💫 Thank you Nora Koloskow & team for your care in the service 💡 Thank you MERZ Concept Veranstaltungstechnik GmbH for the amazing lights & sounds ⛺ Thank you DOMO CAMP for the beautiful tents 🌺 Thank you @Hochzeitsallerleih and Stefan Wingendorf for the amazing decoration 🏎 Thank you @Michael Kammel and Daniel Bergold for being our strongest support for years 🧡 And a huge thank you to our wonderful brafe.space community. ❤️ It takes a village to build a village (and throw a party)! #brafespace #community #changemakers #itsaprocessnotaproduct

Kirill Sivy who has been a Brafer from moment one, took the time to reflect on his experiences within brafe.space and summarized them in a blog post. He shares about a process of inner development, the impact of a related community, and the notion of an entrepreneurial ecosystem that feels different than the one he otherwise gets to experience - in this case in the context of fundraising for his own organization shiftspace. We are beyond grateful for having you as part of brafe.space Kirill Sivy and the way you contribute to our space. Thanks a lot for making your reflections public. The best way to let people know what brafe.space is, is by giving the mic to its members! You can find the link to the blog post in the thread below.

HOW WOULD A BOARD MEETING LOOK LIKE THAT FEELS ACTUALLY VALUABLE TO ALL MEMBERS INVOLVED? A group of Brafers came together and explored this question from a multitude of perspectives: the founder, the funder, the non-profit, the profit, the male, the female, the privileged and the marginalized. How do we want to shape our relationships within these teams and come to a foundation that enables us to talk about what actually matters? How can we move from polishing and selling numbers in these encounters to speak about KPIs that truly make the difference? How can we step out of this transactional role play of reporting and being reported to, and step into a valuable co-creative process in which each can bring their actual strength and perspective, so the overarching purpose benefits from it? Thank you Joana Breidenbach, Wilfried Gillrath, Jakob Berndt, Bettine Schmitz, Susanna Krueger, Bettina Rollow, Gerhard Schick, Rolf Schroemgens, Gauri van Gulik, Petra Becker and Jake Jones for bringing your explorations together in this playbook. Find the Link to the document in the comment below! we hope its valuable for you and continues to be an exciting learning journey. So please get back to us with your ideas, field studies and insights! #entrepreneurship #change #boardmeetings #powerdynamics #valuecreation #roleplay #teamwork #cocreation #brafelabs
