To offer an insight into the working world of our #TeamBSH design teams, we are putting Ralf Grobleben, Head of Design at NEFF Home Appliances, in the spotlight today. He describes what makes a good design in his eyes and explains the overarching brand strategy pursued by the design teams at BSH. 

BSH presents: our product of the month 🎉 Sustainability is playing an increasingly important role – even in the kitchen. With our #Bosch Green Collection fridge-freezer, we have developed an appliance that saves resources and uses energy efficiently. As BSH, we have set the goal to reduce indirect CO₂ emissions (Scope 3) by 20% by 2030. This includes the footprint of the production materials. 👣 By using CO₂-reduced steel, aluminum, bio-based foam and plastics, the production material has a 50% reduced CO₂ footprint compared to standard models*. With an energy efficiency rating of A, the appliance also contributes to lower energy consumption. And to make sure your grocery shopping pays off: the VitaFresh XXL system features two drawers with separate climate zones for optimum storage conditions. The humidity-controlled XXL drawer keeps fruits and vegetables fresh, while the upper drawer with a 0 °C zone is ideal for fish and meat. 🎨 Brushing with excitement! #TeamBSH Indonesia unveils Art for Impact #LikeABosch, a creative social initiative supporting children battling cancer. Renowned artists and art content creators have turned 10 Bosch fridges into unique masterpieces, painting a powerful message of hope and support, with the aim of raising funds for the Indonesian Childhood Cancer Foundation (YKAI). Under the theme "Food for Hope," we are proud to feature the incredible work of three cancer survivors: M. Athalla Putra Sutanto, Caecilia Diah Sekar Ayu, and Aleena Nuzula Purnomo, who painted two fridges titled “When Life Gives You Lemons” and “As Sweet as a Cherry.” For them, cherries, seen as symbols of beauty, joy, and life's sweet moments, reflect the small precious moments that become powerful sources of strength, enabling those faced with cancer to be brave and resilient as they navigate their battles. On the other hand, lemons symbolize that even in the face of bitterness, there are valuable lessons to be learned. Every challenge, whether big or small, holds an opportunity for growth and self-discovery. Other noteworthy contributions include Tutu's "Spirit to Keep Moving Forward," Muklay's "Always Fresh and Healthy Day," and Bunga Yuridespita's "Reconstruction Memories" and "Playful Memories," each piece carrying a deep meaning. Additionally, we are honored by the contributions of artists Meiliana, Erika Richardo, and Winola, whose incredible artistry has added to the powerful message of this initiative.
