In extractive #gasanalysis the flow of sample gas to the #analyzer must be monitored. Buhler Technologies offers various specialized devices for this purpose. The SM6 flow meter series is now supplemented with a retrofittable cover. This can also be easily retrofitted to already installed devices. The transparent and ventilated cover blocks the front and both sides of the flow meters and offers reliable protection against unintentional adjustment of the measuring point, especially for devices equipped with ring initiators. At the same time, the measuring tube is protected against light impacts. The cover is made of corrosion-resistant polycarbonate and is thermoformed in one piece. The special product benefits of the SM6 series are fully retained. The measuring tube can still be replaced after the cover has been removed without further dismantling of the flow meter.
