Bechstein Hall, London's Newest Concert Hall and new culture epicentre, has finally opened in the heart of London on the historic Wigmore Street. Thank you to everyone who joined us at the Sneak Preview & Press-Night Concert last Saturday. From the inspiring introduction and welcoming of Artistic Director Terence Lewis to the incredible performance of Lucy Parham and the legendary Juliet Stevenson, it was a grand evening filled with joy, elegance. A-state-of-the-art and intimate venue dedicated to celebrating world-class classical music. 🌍 Chinese Dealers Tour Europe: Celebrating 15 years of C. Bechstein in China 🎹 As part of our Chinese Dealer Tour across Europe, we had the pleasure of welcoming our Chinese dealers to visit our manufactures in Hradec (Czech Republic) and Seifhennersdorf (Germany), as well as our centers in Vienna, Prague, Dresden, and Berlin. Each city offered a unique experience, with city tours and vibrant concerts held at the Ehrbar Saal in Vienna, the Schubert Saal at the C. Bechstein Center Dresden, and the C. Bechstein Center Berlin. At our manufactures, our guests enjoyed guided tours and special piano tastings in our showrooms. The highlight of the tour was the Celebration Dinner marking 15 years of C. Bechstein in China at our Berlin showroom, followed by an unforgettable concert at the C. Rechtsformwechsel bei C. Bechstein Die C. Bechstein Pianoforte Aktiengesellschaft hat einen Rechtsformwechsel unternommen. Nachdem die Aktien der C. Bechstein Pianoforte Aktiengesellschaft seit mehr als acht Jahren nicht mehr an der Börse gehandelt wurden und ein Squeeze Out vollzogen wurde, gab es keine überzeugenden Gründe mehr, die Unternehmung in der Rechtsform einer Aktiengesellschaft fortzuführen. Der geringere bürokratische und administrative Aufwand hat den Ausschlag gegeben, die Rechtsform zu wechseln in eine Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung. — C. Bechstein changes legal form After the shares of C. Bechstein Pianoforte Aktiengesellschaft had not been traded on the stock exchange for more than eight years and a squeeze-out had been carried out, there were no longer any convincing reasons to continue the company in the legal form of a stock corporation. The lower bureaucratic and administrative difficulties were the deciding factor in changing the legal form to a limited liability company. — Changement de forme juridique de C. Bechstein Les actions de C. Bechstein Pianoforte Aktiengesellschaft n'étant plus cotées en bourse depuis plus de huit ans et ayant fait l'objet d'un squeeze out, il n'y avait plus de raisons convaincantes de poursuivre l'activité de l'entreprise sous la forme juridique d'une société anonyme.
