Reflecting on two impactful days at the DRBF Conference in Livingstone, Zambia! The sessions were filled with valuable insights into Dispute Boards’ effectiveness across Southern Africa. Discussions highlighted the critical need to develop skilled adjudicators, emphasizing that dispute avoidance is the prime function of the Dispute Board. However, sessions also focused on the essential aspects of dispute resolution and enforcement. The energy and engagement from all participants made it a truly enriching experience.
