 The Hannover Messe #HM24 is in full swing, bringing together research, industry and policymakers. We are particularly proud of our highlights on the Tech Transfer Conference Stage tomorrow (Hall 2, Stand B02). Two of the startups of QVLS HighTech-Inkubator will pitch on April 25 at the stage that is located directly next to our joint area (A02) for the quantum topics of the Hannover Messe:   First up is Dr.-Ing. Heiko Brüning (CEO QubeDot GmbH) talking about:   “Pioneering customized micro LED solutions for global markets”   QubeDot is a reliable partner to design, develop and manufacture microLEDs as well as microLED-based products. With a customer base that already spans the globe - and includes large publicly listed entities - QubeDot is achieving increasing market penetration. MicroLEDs from QubeDot typically have dimensions between 5 and 100 µm and are based on the GaN material system, which covers wavelengths in the 400 to 530 nm range. While it is generally assumed that LEDs can only be produced economically in quantities of over 10 million, QubeDot proves the opposite and offers micro LEDs speciallity tailored to the requirements and applications of demanding customers. Since its foundation, QubeDot products have been sold worldwide, partly directly - partly via distributors, resulting in a large customer base.   Heiko’s talk is immediately followed by Liam Shelling Neto (CSO bei CAVITY technologies UG) talking about:   "Cavities: Humankind's most precise measurement instrument"   Optical cavities are a key component in many applications today, including quantum technology, life sciences and aerospace engineering. It is an arrangement of mirrors that uses light to enable unique applications in laser technology, sample manipulation and sensor technology. This Wednesday, we had the exciting opportunity to present our pitch at the Deep Tech Accelerator QNC Space, thanks to FMD - Forschungsfabrik Mikroelektronik Deutschland.
