🎉 5 Jahre cbs Österreich 🎉 Was für eine Reise! Vor fünf Jahren haben wir uns auf den Weg gemacht, cbs in Österreich erfolgreich am Markt zu etablieren. Es war kein leichter Weg – wir haben viel Zeit, Energie und Schweiß investiert, um dorthin zu kommen, wo wir heute stehen. Und genau deshalb macht es mich unglaublich stolz, zu sehen, was wir gemeinsam erreicht haben! All die Erfolge, die wir feiern und gefeiert haben, sind das Ergebnis eines außergewöhnlichen Teams. Jede und jeder Einzelne hat dazu beigetragen. Ohne euch wäre das nicht möglich gewesen! Deshalb war das Jubiläumswochenende am Katschberg ganz unseren Mitarbeiter:innen gewidmet. As the scent of mandarin oranges filled the air and red decorations lit up our workspaces, cbs #APAC embraced the Year of the Snake with warmth, tradition, and togetherness. Chinese New Year (#CNY) is a time of renewal, prosperity and the joy of coming together, and this year, #teamcbs made it even more special. 🧧🐍✨ For some, CNY is second nature – a time of family reunions, festive feasts and meaningful traditions. For others, it’s a fascinating cultural experience, rich with customs, symbolism and practices that may not be widely known. Our Cross-Cultural Exchange brought this to life, with colleagues from Malaysia, Singapore, and Greater China sharing their insights into CNY traditions and celebrations. It was a great opportunity for those less familiar with the festival to #learn, #engage and gain a deeper appreciation of its significance. Across APAC, our teams also embraced the festive spirit in their ways. From team gatherings, CNY dinners, interactive trivia challenges and lucky Angpao picks. A thoughtful CNY gift basket also made its way to our Greater China team, adding a warm touch to the celebrations. 🎯 From failure to success by defining a Target Operating Model. Our client, a trading and distribution company, faced challenges from rapid growth and #acquisitions, leading to a fragmented organization, suboptimal logistics network and multiple #ERP systems. ⛔ The initial S/4HANA transformation program had been intended to unify the company and enable it for future growth. After a while, the program was stopped without tangible results, caused by the lack of an aligned view on a Target Operating Model (TOM) for the company. 🔎 This case illustrates the importance of a well-defined and future-oriented #TOM for S/4HANA transformations. Recognizing the critical need for a cohesive operating model, the company partnered with us to guide them through the definition of a fit-for-future TOM, addressing key dimensions such as: 💡 Governance and organization 💡 Performance management model 💡 Business process model 💡 Material and value flow model 💡 Legal and tax model 💡 Enterprise architecture and technology The start of a successful journey has been initiated through a well-defined Target Operating Model.
