Did you know that we have one of the most modern semi-automatic cleaning systems for our Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs) at our Mannheim location in Germany? This system significantly increases the throughput times of our IBCs during the cleaning process. The containers are cleaned inside and out according to the highest certified quality and safety standards. The system is primarily designed for cleaning chemical and cosmetic products, but can also perform certified cleaning operations for food products, – including kosher. We are breaking new ground in terms of safety – for our employees, customers and partners! With an innovative pilot project at our location in Rotterdam, we are optimizing our processes to further minimize the potential danger to pedestrians on our premises and increase efficiency. The concept: every driver in Rotterdam receives a pager upon registration and then waits in his truck. As soon as the container is ready for cleaning, the driver receives a signal and information about which cleaning lane is intended for him. After cleaning, the pager is returned to us – no friction and uncomplicated. We have been successfully testing the system for two months and are already planning to introduce it at other locations.
