At the heart of our first training week was a horse based leadership coaching concept. Recognizing that self-awareness is key to discovering who we are as leaders, the special, magical atmosphere helped unleash CYBEX’s full leadership potential. CYBEX ❤ social responsibility Our social responsibility is at our core and shortly before the Christmas holidays, CYBEX was delighted to be able to make a substantial donation to the Bayreuth women's shelter. This money will go towards projects to help women find a new future. Bibi Bialas Müller from the women's shelter said: “This money will do so much good for the women and children in need now as well as for prevention work. And that is so important. We provide a safe space for the children especially that’s free of violence. We don't do anything for the women, the women do it themselves. We accompany them, encourage, and empower them. That’s our job and mission.” There are around 400 women's shelters throughout Germany and they are a vital point of contact for women affected by domestic violence, but as a company, CYBEX aims for a future when there are none required. #CYBEX #CYBEXfamily #FrauenhausBayreuth #social #responsibility #proud #happy
