Just like in the successful previous editions, the focus lied on the key role of women in our industry and highlighting the importance of equal opportunities for women and men. 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 & 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 – 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗮𝘁 𝗮 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝟮-𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗘-𝗠𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 💪 Our E-Mobility colleagues came together to share valuable content, spark discussions, and foster collaboration in an engaging and professional atmosphere. What started as a gathering of 40 participants two years ago has grown into a key event with 110 attendees, including colleagues from GreenFlux and SMART/LAB Innovationsgesellschaft mbH. 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝟮𝟬-𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 👏 During the 20-day challenge our leaders and employees came in touch with our four leadership principles and how they guide us in working together successfully. Over the past weeks a lot of challenges have been completed, and we got a lot of great feedback. In the final week, we focused on the fourth principle: “𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀”. Day 18 of the challenge had an external focus as the challenge was to “step into your customers’ shoes, uncover their top need, and find new ways to serve them better.” Anjali is confronted with our customers’ needs every day. Sustainability rating triple: We again received top scores for our sustainability performance 🏆 Special moment for us at DKV Mobility, as we have received top results from three leading ESG rating agencies for our sustainability performance in 2024:  ✔EcoVadis awarded us a platinum medal for the second year in a row, ranking us among the top 1 percent of more than 150,000 companies assessed. In fact, we improved our strong score from last year by 10 points to an impressive 92/100. ✔Morningstar Sustainalytics ranked us in the top 3% of 15,000 rated companies worldwide and in the top 1% in our industry group.  We were also named one of the “ESG Top Rated Companies 2025” in Europe and in our industry group. ✔CDP, a global non-profit that runs the world’s environmental disclosure system, gave us a “B” score in our first-ever participation, recognizing our commitment to good climate management practices. After proudly sharing this great news, we are now working collectively on our decarbonization roadmaps.
