🏒⛸️💙 DRÄXLMAIER USA donated $2,500 to the Asheville Inline Hockey League, a non-profit organisation dedicated to fostering a love for inline hockey in Western North Carolina. DRÄXLMAIER Romania supports the first allergy and immunology clinic in Timișoara with state-of-the-art medical equipment. 🇷🇴🏥 The donation consisted of an infusion pump and an injector, which are essential for the clinic that will open in 2025. Patients with various allergies, asthma or other serious illnesses will thus be able to undergo complex treatments in the new clinic at Timișoara District Hospital. ‘Timișoara is the city of firsts, and the first allergy clinic is an important project for the people of Timișoara. This donation is part of the ongoing commitment of DRÄXLMAIER to support the local community and contribute to the improvement of medical services for the people of Timișoara. We are convinced that the new equipment will have a significant impact on the quality of life of patients and the efficiency of the treatments offered,’ said Bogdan Vasiliu, Plant Manager of DRÄXLMAIER Timișoara.

The network meeting of the Idea Management Centre for the Southern Bavaria region recently took place at our #DRÄXLMAIER headquarters in Vilsbiburg. 💡💬 After a welcome by Olivier Dubois, Head of Marketing & Group Communications, host Richard Schumann, responsible for Idea Management International, presented the history of idea management at DRÄXLMAIER, its international development and reporting. Currently, the participation of our employees is higher than ever before. In addition, the implementation rate has also reached a new record: almost 60 percent of submitted ideas are being implemented. 👏 After all participants had discussed their experiences in detail, the visitors were given a final tour of the plant to gain an in-depth insight into the testing and validation processes for battery systems for electric vehicles, the training workshop and toolmaking at DRÄXLMAIER. 🎉🤝🍪 Celebrating inclusion, socialising and enjoying delicious biscuits: Our US plant in Duncan was filled with energy as the Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Club hosted the event ‘Closing the Disability Divide’ to mark National Disability Employment Awareness Month in October. Participants learnt about the impactful contribution of people with disabilities (PWD) and the importance of inclusive workplaces. They also explored historical mementos from the PWD community and connected with organisations such as Project Hope and Special Olympics. Exploring the future with cloud computing at the West University of Timișoara! ✨🌥️ A team of specialists from #DRÄXLMAIER Timișoara's IT Centre had the pleasure of discussing Cloud Computing with students from the Faculty of Economics in Timișoara. It was amazing to see the interest of the students and how such initiatives contribute to education and innovation in the IT field. The students were fascinated by the way information is stored in the cloud. They were also impressed by the security and flexibility offered by cloud computing, which enables quick access to data from anywhere and at any time. At the end of the presentation, the students enthusiastically took part in an interactive competition. The best answers were awarded prizes by Radu Calomfirescu, Head of the Western Europe Region / ITC Timișoara at DRÄXLMAIER. 🎓🏅 We thank all participants for their energy and curiosity!
