Are you working on irrigation? Are you interested on irrigation quantification and management, and its effect on the water cycle? Within the IAHS - International Association of Hydrological Sciences - HELPING – Hydrology Engaging Local People IN one Global World, we just launched a new Working Group on Irrigation monitoring and management! 💧 🥦 🍅 🌽 We would like to create a global network of researchers, which is diverse, multi-disciplinary and collaborative, working on the topic of irrigation, discussing on new research questions to improve our knowledge on the representation of the irrigation process and management in the hydrological models, and its impact on the water and energy cycles, and develop datasets and modeling approaches to map the irrigation at multiple scales. You can sign up here (theme 1.3), if interested to be actively involved in the activities: https://lnkd.in/dtdSGYHr
