𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁-𝘂𝗽𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝗯𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗞𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗵ä𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝘇𝘂 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻?   Kliniken, vielleicht mit Ausnahme der Uni-Kliniken, sind oftmals nicht gewillt oder aufgrund von Restriktionen an Ressourcen nicht in der Lage, Produkte und Dienstleistungen von Start-ups zu integrieren und zu testen. Aus meiner eigenen Gründererfahrung weiß ich, dass für Start-ups Tests in realer Umgebung und zu einem frühen Zeitpunkt wichtige Impulse für die Entwicklung setzen und Fehlentwicklungen oder "overengineering" vermeiden. Wie in einem früheren Post schon geschrieben, habe ich  Elixion Medical auf der #DMEA Anfang dieses Jahres kennengelernt. Ludwig Fendt und Mario Roser arbeiten mit ihrem Team an innovativen Lösungen, Informationen digital zu erfassen und diese in den jeweiligen Systemen zur Verfügung zu stellen. Konkret an der kontinuierlichen Messung von (Urin-)Kathetern und der Integration der Werte in die Flüssigkeitsbilanz in der elektronischen Kurve. Sollte die elektronische Kurve noch nicht oder nur teilweise umgesetzt sein, können Listen mit dem Stundenurin oder sonstige Auswertungen aus dem System generiert werden. Eine echte Erleichterung für das Pflegepersonal und mittelfristig ein innovativer Weg, um unerwartete Verlaufsläufe frühzeitig zu erkennen und geeignete Maßnahmen einleiten zu können. Für mich war es sehr erfreulich, dass ich zusammen mit den relevanten Personen des Klinikums Bad Hersfeld sowie den Mitarbeitenden auf Station einen Testzeitraum auf zwei Stationen organisieren konnte. Vielen Dank an alle Beteiligten für die Kooperation und das Feedback zur Lösung. Der Test war absolut erfolgreich 📊 💯 . Schon am ersten Tag konnte eine wesentliche Anomalie der Messwerte an einer Neuentwicklung festgestellt werden 👽 . Im Laufe der nächsten zwei Wochen arbeitete das Team an einer Anpassung der Software und konnte die volle Funktionalität beider Ansätze nachweisen. 🛠 💡 Das Projekt war ein gutes Beispiel dafür, wie #digitaleTransformation in Kliniken zukünftig aussehen kann und warum es sinnvoll ist, sich auch als Klinik für Start-ups und ihre Ideen zu öffnen.   Nächster Stop für Elixion ist sicher die Zertifizierung als Medizinprodukt und die Integration der Messergebnisse in die relevanten (heterogenen) Krankenhaussysteme.
