The elvahCAP has empowered our team to share their unique insights and values, bringing our mission to life in a way that resonates with a wider audience. What We’ve Achieved in 2024 🚀: Our Ambassadors: - By the end of 2023 we were 3 ambitious ambassadors, bringing this project to life, and now grew our team to 10 active ambassadors from different departments. - Our ambassadors are doing an awesome job engaging over 27,000 followers with their stories and important topics. - Over 350,000 impressions on more than 170 posts. Over 6,000 reactions, comments, and shares, and an engagement rate of almost 2%. - Our Team is passionate about championing a wide range of topics, from finance to life at elvah, inclusivity, sustainability, and much more, this fosters a creative and important culture of exchange and creates a space, where everyone can learn and grow together. Strengthened Employer Branding: - Through authentic stories shared by our ambassadors, we showed what life at elvah and our culture is all about. - It gave potential new recruits the chance to actively see and feel our culture, and enabled them to assess whether our beliefs and values matched their own. We aim to grow the Company Ambassador Program in 2025, by expanding participation, supporting new themes and addressing challenges from 2024. "In kaum einem anderen Land sind so viele Elektroautos unterwegs, und die Preise an Schnellladestationen sind so hoch," bemerkte Felix Hamer noch in unserem Lademarkt-Report im August. Eine Erhebung von LichtBlick SE, veröffentlicht im April und auf Statista verfügbar, zeigt: Anfang 2024 zahlte man im Schnitt 55 Cent pro kWh für AC und 66 Cent für DC. Viele von uns E-Auto-Fahrenden kennen jedoch auch deutlich höhere Preise – insbesondere, wenn kein Abo abgeschlossen wurde, das das Laden vergünstigt. 💰 Wie unser CPO Sören Ziems jüngst in mehreren Interviews betonte, sind wir überzeugt: Mit dynamischen Preisen können Ladepreise für Verbrauchende attraktiver gestaltet und gleichzeitig Betreibern die Möglichkeit eröffnet werden, ihre Auslastung zu steuern und wirtschaftlicher zu agieren. Es war mal wieder soweit. #elvah traf sich die letzten zwei Tage im wunderschönen Taunus zu den Companydays. Johanna Witton und ich nutzten die Möglichkeit das erste Mal gemeinsam an einer Präsentation zu arbeiten und zu halten: Travelpolicy und Budgets. Max. 30 Minuten... Dachten wir. Beim Präsentieren merkten wir überrascht, dass das Interesse und die Rückfragen groß waren: - Kilometergeld, per diem, Auswahl des Reisemittels, Versicherungen - Was ist denn überhaupt eine MTP und warum muss #eonone die wissen? Im Alltag vergesse ich ganz gerne, dass bestimmte Themen auf Resonanz und ehrliches Interesse im Team stoßen und nicht jede:r weiß, welche Rechte und Pflichten Mitarbeitende haben. Sobald die Travelpolicy steht werden wir sie in #notion freigeben und die Budgets in #moss veröffentlichen. Mehr Transparenz und Wissensteilung für die Mitarbeitenden... Yeah!!! Vielen Dank für die Orga an alle Beteiligten und bis ganz bald wieder 💚

Marketing LIVE in Nuremberg: From Crazy Ideas to Dubai Chocolate 🍫💡 Last week, our marketing team (Carolina, Nastassia, Louisa, and I) came together for two days packed with creativity, team vibes, and exciting brainstorming sessions. My absolute favorite? The Crazy Ideas slot. We gave ourselves the time and space to think out of the box, dream big, and come up with truly creative concepts. Which of these ideas will come to life? Stay tuned – the best is yet to come! 😉 We also tested our teamwork in an escape room, where we – in true Indiana Jones style – successfully recovered the Holy Grail. If that’s not setting the tone for 2025, I don’t know what is! 🏆 And then, just before heading home, we made a sweet discovery: handmade Dubai chocolate, courtesy of Nastia’s sharp eye during a last-minute gingerbread run. Just as easy-pickings when everyone else is standing in line for it.
