The collaborative spirt of EnviTec was on display as we brought togehter regulatory experts, developors and contractors from both markets. 🔍 Tuesday Highlights: Together, we explored two cutting-edge RNG plants: ✅ Güstrow – Home to Germany’s largest integrated #BioLNG plant, where today over 110,000 tons of chicken manure are processed annually into RNG, bio-LNG, and #BioLCO2 . Teamwork Across the UK From mid-August to early October 2024, our EnviTec Service UK team successfully completed four digester projects across the country – from Scotland to Southern England. Thanks to careful planning, strong collaboration, and our team's commitment, we delivered on time, even with multiple projects running simultaneously. Project Overview 🔧 Site 1: Digester Repowering 🛠️ Installation of new internal bracketry 🔄 Servicing of 3 mixers + installation of 1 new mixer 🏗️ Replacement of the double membrane digester roof and structural modifications to the concrete tank Site 2: Digester Internal Degrit ❌ Removal of a failed mixer, internal pipework inspection 🛡️ Roof remained intact ⚙️ Compliance with breathing apparatus regulations, gas monitoring, and EX lighting standards Site 3: Digester Repowering & Modifications 🧱 Tank degritting and cleaning 🔧 Servicing of 3 mixers + installation of 1 new mixer 🏗️ Modifications to the gas upgrader reject line 📋 Managed in compliance with CDM regulations Site 4: Digester Repowering 🛠️ Installation of new internal bracketry + 410m heating loop circuit 🔄 Servicing of 2 mixers + installation of 3 new mixers 🏗️ Roof repairs: blown roof removed, replacement of the sulphur net, roof seal refitted A big thank you to our team and customers for their collaboration. Promoting sustainability in rural areas with a #solarpark ? It's possible, especially with the ingredients sun and biogas. They form the perfect pairing for #sustainability. Proof of this is provided by the completion of the second solar park of EnviTec Biogas AG with the co-operation of its shareholders. In Buckow, Brandenburg, the Niederer Fläming agricultural enterprise is producing green energy together with its existing biogas plant and the 65 MW #PV park, which will be purchased by the energy trading company Axpo from the start of October and by PowerCo SE from 1 January 2025 for a period of ten years. With the purchase agreement that has just been signed, EnviTec will supply 65 MW annually to the battery cell manufacturer founded in 2022. PowerCo intends to fully supply its cell factory in Salzgitter with green energy and thus contribute to the expansion of renewable energies in Europe!
